An Aspiring Membership is $85.00.  Aspiring Members will receive the BBAA Newsletter, have full access to the "Member Only" section of the BBAA Website and for a limited time will receive an $85.00 discount off the 3-Day Aspiring Innkeeper Seminar offered by Doug Breitling of Bed and Breakfast Resources.

Requirements for joining:

• Have no more that 20 rooms
• Provide a breakfast
• Have specified emergency and safety devices in the inn

There will be a separate fee for inspections.
If the property does not meet the inspection criteria, or you do no agree to implement the required changes, the inspection fee is non-refundable.
