Last Night Fayetteville 2017/2018Ring in 2018 at the largest New Year’s Eve celebration in Arkansas! Last Night Fayetteville features 11 stages of live entertainment, fireworks, the world famous Hog Drop, and official after party. 7pm to 2am, New Year’s Eve!

There are lots of great places around Arkansas to enjoy New Year’s Eve but you’d be hard pressed to find any larger celebration than Last Night Fayetteville! Last Night Fayetteville is a music and arts festival held in downtown Fayetteville, AR every New Year’s Eve.

The festival features more than 100 of local musicians, comedians, actors, and other performance artists. The eleven different stages are located in multiple indoor venues around Fayetteville Square.

As you may have guessed, any collection of entertainment this size – 40 hours of entertainment in one night! – offers something for everyone. In fact, though all VIP areas are 21 and up only, Last Night Fayetteville is an all ages festival. There’s even a Kid’s Stage with performances aimed specifically at the smaller folks.

Come midnight, Last Night Fayetteville takes a pause for the countdown, Hog Drop, and fireworks, then it’s back to the party until 2am!

Wait – did I just say “Hog Drop?” I did, indeed!

Lots of wacky things get dropped or even raised for the New Year’s Eve countdown around the U.S. They drop a live opossum in Brasstwown, NC and a dead carp in Prairie du Chien, WI. 200 pounds of bologna gets the honor in Lebanon, PA – but only Fayetteville drops a hog.

Fayetteville’s Hog Drop isn’t that odd, however, when you consider that this is the hometown of University of Arkansas and Razorbacks football (Woooooooooo, Pig! Sooie!). The hog of the Hog Drop is made with 1085 individually controlled LED lights and it is quite the spectacle watching it drop New Year’s Eve.

Don’t miss it!
