Breakfast Cake

1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1 box butterscotch pudding
1 c wine or champagne or cooking sherry
1 c oil
4 eggs
1 oz poppy seeds

Mix on high for 8 minutes. Pour into greased baking pans (you choose your style) and bake at 350 degrees until done.

Top with powdered sugar glaze, buttercream frosting or cream cheese mixed with jam. Even great plain!
